
Orange Bundt Cake
Makes 12 servings
1 (18.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix*
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 large eggs
⅔ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon orange extract
Garnish: confectioners’ sugar
1. Preheat oven to 325°. Spray a 10-cup Bundt pan with nonstick baking spray with flour.
2. In large bowl, combine cake mix, juice concentrate, eggs, oil, sugar, and orange extract; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 43 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near center of cake comes out clean. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes; turn out onto wire rack, and let cool completely. Garnish with confectioners’ sugar, if desired.
*For testing purposes, our test kitchen used Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix.
