Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookies

Makes about 1 dozen

1¾ cup Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®

1 cup quick oats

6 oz dark chocolate chips

¾ cup butter (softened)

1½ cup brown sugar

1½ teaspoon vanilla

1 egg

 

1. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg by hand until smooth.

2. Blend the quick oats and Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix®, then add to the sugar and butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.

3. Bake at 350°F for six to eight minutes or until golden brown.

There’s nothing better than a warm, freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. These Oatmeal and Dark Chocolate Cookies both tasty and nutritious.
