Champagne Vinaigrette
 
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup champagne vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, and whisk until blended.
