While they were spared from major renovations, one of their favorite parts of the Tudor-style home, the original front porch, got a facelift to remove the cracks and chips and restore it to its former glory. The same mosaic flooring pattern from the porch can be found through French doors that open to a bright sunroom at the front of the house. The teal sunroom with a deep rust-colored mosaic floor balances the neutral color palette found throughout most of the house, adding to the sophisticated yet energizing style.
“Splashes of color throughout really add to the feel of the interior of the home,” Michael says. A bright blue hue is also found in the living room and master bathroom while the furniture and accessories incorporate calming neutrals.
