Lemon-Scented Pasta
Makes 6 to 8 servings

1 (16-ounce) package angel hair pasta
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup toasted panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
½ cup toasted pine nuts
½ cup fresh basil leaves

1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, zest, juice, salt, and pepper; toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese, panko, pine nuts, and basil. Serve immediately.
