When Nita Duhe opened Crescent City Cooks in 2009, she found a way to turn her passion for Creole and Cajun cuisine into a career. “After seeing how you can lose everything in a day with [Hurricane] Katrina, I decided to take a chance and do what I love,” Nita says.
