Easy Parmesan Rosemary Bread Braid
Makes 6 to 8 servings
1 pound refrigerated fresh pizza dough
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375˚. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Divide pizza dough into 3 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough between your hands to form an 8-inch long rope. Press one end of ropes together, and then braid ropes. Press ends together to secure braid. Brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with rosemary and cheese.
3. Transfer braid to prepared pan, and bake for 15 minutes or until browned.
