Nashville artist David Arms is not your typical painter. In fact, everything about his story is rather unique.
When David tells people that he spends his days painting in his garage-turned-art studio, they may be envisioning a whitewashed, sterile environment. They could possibly assume that he rolls out of bed at whatever time he pleases and throws on a messy, paint-stained smock before taking the eight steps from his house to the studio. But that vision and setting couldn’t be further from what inspires David as an artist.
